It's safe to say KTM's motocross and enduro range has been a pioneer in the market as they've continued to develop some of the best machinery available in both two-stroke and four-stroke models, and for 2021, they've delivered once again with various updates throughout their popular dirt bikes.
2021 KTM SX-F & SX range:
Winning many supercross and motocross titles over the last decade, it's no wonder why start lines across the world are littered with orange. The 2021 KTM SX-F line up includes the following models: KTM 450 SX-F KTM 350 SX-F KTM 250 SX-F
The SX-F range has received a number of refinements and updates for year model 2021, and the most obvious one is a set of new sleek graphics, as well as the addition of Dunlop Geo max MX33 tyres.
The biggest update for 2021 is the all-new my KTM app - what is it? Well, it's an app on your iPhone or Android device that allows you to adjust the mapping of your KTM. It does require a KTM Connectivity Unit - so you'll need to buy it as an extra with your bike, and it only works with the 2021 SX-F four-stroke models, and the 2020 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition.
The app is a really nice addition to the range and takes the tuneability of four-stroke KTMs to another level. It's also super user-friendly with a number of presets you can use for different track conditions, while if you're more advanced when it comes to engine mapping, then you can make more custom changes.
The entire SX-F range also received an upgraded to the WP XACT fork and shock package, which have been refined with new internal components which are said to offer greater feedback and confidence, and that comes through a firmer setting front and rear.
Lastly, the SX-F 450 has also undergone some engine changes, which are focused on increasing reliability, rather than performance - the premier class machine already produces a mega 63 horsepower!
Everyone loves a two-stroke, and KTM does it best with the most modern range available in motocross. The Austrian manufacturer has continued its development of the pre-mix machines, and for 2021, it had delivered another massive range that caters for riders of all levels and ages.
The 2021 KTM SX range includes: KTM 250 SX KTM 150 SX KTM 125 SX KTM 85 SX (SW/BW) KTM 65 SX KTM 50 SX KTM 50 SX Mini
The 2021 SX receives the same graphics, tyre and suspension updates as its four-stroke counterparts (on the 125, 150 and 250), while a number of models have been upgraded with particular components for year model 2021.
The 125, 150 and 250 have been fitted out with a new piston and clutch internals, while the Sportsminicycle line-up has some neat updates for the up and coming groms. The 85, 65, 50 and 50 Mini have been updated with a new throttle assembly, and the ever-popular 85 - in both small and big-wheel options - has been kitted with larger disc brakes and a completely new front and rear brake system by Formula, which are set to boost the bike's braking power.
The three junior models have also have tapered handlebars installed to accommodate ODI lock-on grips, and the 50 SX Mini gets new tapered bars to allow for thinner grips.
2021 KTM EXC-F & EXC range: KTM's enduro range is extensive, and after undergoing a major overhaul for 2020, the EXC-F and EXC bikes return for 2021 with a host of refinements, making the off-road favourites even better.

The most visually striking update of the 2021 SX-F range is the fresh new graphics kit and grey side number plates, which creates for a really unique look over previous models from KTM.
The updates are very minimal for the off-road machines being that they were recently introduced as a new generation bike, so the 350, 450 and 500 are essentially the same as the 2020 models aside from the cosmetic side of things, while the range also benefits from an additional preload adjuster in the WP XPLOR front fork.

KTM's revolutionary fuel-injected two-stroke enduro range enters its fourth year in production, and they come with a brief selection of updates for 2021. All three bikes receive the same visual and suspension updates as the four-stroke models, however the 150 has been fitted with a new piston for greater performance in terms of consistency.
The 2021 SX-F, SX, EXC-F and EXC models are due to land in Australia during October 2020.
