Terms and Conditions

All bookings with Dirt Bike Holidays require a non refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your tour start date.

Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed with deposit. All prices are quoted in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before tour start date: Full refund minus your deposit + 10% administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before tour start date: No refund available.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any dirt bike activities. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

Dirt Bike Holidays provides safety equipment and instruction, but participants are responsible for following all safety guidelines and riding within their skill level.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate in our activities.

All motorcycles and safety equipment are provided by Dirt Bike Holidays. Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

A security deposit may be required for motorcycle rental. This will be refunded upon return of equipment in good condition.

Participants must report any equipment issues immediately to tour guides.

Participants must be in good physical health and able to operate a motorcycle safely. Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed at time of booking.

Minimum age requirements apply for all tours. Participants under 18 must have parental consent and may require adult supervision.

We recommend consulting with your physician before participating if you have any health concerns.

Our tours run in most weather conditions. However, if severe weather or unsafe situations arise, we may modify or cancel the ride to ensure everyone’s safety. Where possible, we will offer the option to reschedule. Please note that weather-related cancellations are non-refundable.

Please note that once the bikes have left the villa, the holiday cannot be rescheduled

Dirt Bike Holidays may take photographs and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with customers. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

Customer information is stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dirt Bike Holidays operates. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
